Seyyed Hasan Hosseini

Visiting Research Fellow

Hasan is a researcher at CMES where he works on different projects including hydro-environmental impacts of climate change, system dynamics for adaptation strategies development, satellite image processing for dust identification, geospatial analysis of satellite rainfall product, and polarimetric weather radar calibration.

He has a special interest in developing decision support systems to enhance decision-making under uncertainty using state-of-the-art technologies and creative thinking.

He is currently a PhD candidate in water resources engineering. Since the completion of his MSc in 2012, he has also held researcher positions in several projects with the governmental agencies responsible for water resources allocation in Iran.
