Charlotta is currently on leave until March 1, 2017.
Charlotta works as research officer since 2015. Charlotta has many years of experience of coordinating extensive and complex grant applications and contributing to the compilation and design of research bids, the accounting and evaluation processes of projects and workflows. Charlotta collects and disseminate information about research programmes and calls.
Charlotta also works with the research information system LUCRIS as support at CMES.
In an on-going research project Charlotta is exploring and comparing social sustainability and integration processes in rural and urban municipalities in Sweden through the use of geographic and survey data.
Charlotta joined the CMES in 2008 as project coordinator for the externally funded project the Parallel States Project (PSP), which purpose was to introduce new thinking into the discussion of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. The final book can be found here.
Charlotta has an MA in Political Science and Middle Eastern Studies and a BA in Classical and Modern Arabic, and advanced theoretical and practical training in Geographical Information Systems (GIS).
