Dina is a PhD student working on nuclear politics in the Middle East as part of the Nuclear politics in the Middle East (NUCLEAR-ME) research project. Her research explores the region's nuclear condition, challenging dominant narratives about its nuclearity by illuminating perspectives from within the Middle East.
She previously worked at the Cairo International Center for Conflict Resolution, Peacekeeping and Peacebuilding, and the Vienna Center for Disarmament and Non-Proliferation. She holds an M.A in Comparative and Middle East Politics from the American University in Cairo.
