Helen Avery's work concerns sustainability transitions in the Middle East, with a particular focus on strategies for environmentally and socially sustainable society building. Research interests include organisational development, creativity and transdisciplinarity in higher education, internationalisation strategies, as well as participatory and future-oriented methodologies in a variety of settings.
