Seyed Amir Naghibi


Amir received his Ph.D. in Watershed Management Sciences and Engineering in 2019 from Tarbiat Modares University, Iran. He currently works as a postdoc at Faculty of Engineering and Center for Middle Eastern Studies (CMES), Lund University. His project mainly focuses on applying remote sensing, machine learning algorithms, and programming to manage water resources and natural hazards.

Amir’s research interests lie in the fields of:

-       Groundwater management

-       Programming and modelling

-       Remote sensing application in natural resources management

-       Natural hazards modelling

-       Artificial recharge
