The emergence of new civil society actors in Sweden
Muslim human rights activists and civil society organisations are playing an increasingly important role in Sweden and other European countries.

They are dealing with a wide range of issues, including the promotion of democracy, gender equity, sexual rights and reproductive health, as well as the prevention of extremism and hate crimes.
The project aims to research organisations and movements in a Swedish context.
