Already now most research and higher teaching are done by distance mode. Even so, many of the planned research activities and meetings during the spring have had to be cancelled or postponed.

Also, the Middle East is preparing to close down. At present, Iran is hardest hit with many deaths. However, the virus will spread to other countries with less developed health systems. Now more than ever, communication is essential.

Thus, it is important for everyone to keep up with the most recent information on the University’s handling of the virus spread.
