Capacity Building as research concept

An important barrier to interdisciplinary work is the difficulty to communicate over disciplinary boundaries. The seminar series on concepts, of which the seminar on Capacity Building is the fourth, is intended to create a platform for the discussions needed to overcome such barriers.

There will be interdisciplinary presentations to straighten out the concept of Capacity Building as a research perspective.

The seminar on Capacity Building will consist of five short presentations from different research fields and present different ways in which it is understood and used. There will be ample room for questions and discussion, with lots of opportunities for generating new and interesting research ideas.
